Our eggs are sold exclusively at the Ridge Ferry Park Farmers Market every Saturday. Our laying flock is fed only natural feed. No medications and no hormones.
Pasture Raised Heritage Broilers – $4.25 per lb
Our pasture Raised Heritage Broilers are the most flavorful and finest chickens we sell. The foraging ability of these birds imparts a flavor above all else. These are generally smaller than the modern varieties but are richer in flavor and meat density. These are best suited for stews, stocks and roasting whole.
Pasture Raised Modern Broilers – $3.00 per lb
Our pasture Raised Modern Broilers are similar to what you would find in the grocery store. However, the quality of flavor and consistency is a cut above the rest. These chickens will be larger and have ample breast, legs and thighs. These are best suited for smoking, grilling and frying.
Pasture Raised Pork – $3.00 lb (Based upon hanging weight)
Our pasture raised hogs are raised entirely outdoors free to root, feed and farrow on pasture. The hogs forage for much of their food and are given a small grain ration each day to supplement their diet. Our hogs are sold as whole or half hogs. A half hog will yield you all the cuts available from either the left or right side of the hog.
